By identifying, categorizing, and integrating resources into the Rheaply platform, we will enable internal redistribution while providing real-time insights into resource availability and usage patterns to guide better decision-making. Baseline data will establish measurable outcomes in cost savings, redeployment, and sustainability.

Ultimately, this work will reduce unnecessary procurement, lower storage costs, and prepare Wellstar and connected healthcare systems for streamlined reuse opertaions through resale, donation, and responsible recycling and removal.
