Building a community to reduce construction waste
Through the free BMEx marketplace, construction waste is converted into resources and remains in the local economy, generating revenue for businesses. BMEx gives you the ability to cut tipping fees and transportation costs by giving or selling your unused or salvaged building materials to a local company that can use them. By finding uses for construction site excess and salvaged building materials BMEx reduces both waste and carbon emissions.

Reuse doesn’t have to be so hard
Avoid unreliable supply chains and expensive waste disposal options. Sell materials locally and know what’s reusable near you. BMEx on Rheaply helps your business recapture value while keeping materials actively in use beyond their first life.

At Deconstructors Demolition, we deal with a high volume of materials that can vary in type and condition. It's a challenge to find consistent, convenient end markets for items that would otherwise go to waste. The Rheaply and BMEx marketplace fills a critical gap in our industry. We can now connect directly with reliable designers, builders, developers, and other industry members looking for unique, salvaged materials. It is helping us maximize the value of what we recover through our deconstruction projects.
